Nokia 6650 Review

Nokia 6650 is a flip form factor mobile phone which supports GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 on 2G network and HSDPA 850 / 2100 on 3G network. Nokia 6650 has a built-in high-speed HSDPA data connectivity for fast web browsing and downloading. Nokia 6650 is equipped with 2.2-inch screen color can show up to 16.7 million colors. The Nokia 6650 has built-in AGPS (assisted GPS) for quick positioning and this cell phone comes with a built-in 2.0-megapixel camera with flash and zoom. There is also a 30 MB of built-in memory and a microSD card slot. An MP3 player and FM radio ensures users are always entertained. Photos and videos can be transferred via Bluetooth wireless technology or USB 2.0. The 6650’s camera is one of its weak points. We’re getting used to seeing increasingly high megapixel counts on the latest phones, but the 6650’s snapper has a resolution of just 2 megapixels. The 6650’s design is also rather boring and the plastic keypad is especially disappointing.

On the front it has a TFT, 16M colors 2.2 inches color screen when the flap is opened and a nice set of general key pad and when the flap is closed there is an external TFT display, 256K colors (128 x 160 pixels) which displays time and incoming calls, and just above that there is a 2 mega pixel camera with auto focus and LED flash. On the left side there are two buttons for volume and a USB port. On the right side there are two ports, one for hands free and another one is for card slot. Nokia 6650’s measurements are 99.7 x 47 x 16.2 mm and weights around 112 g.
