Samsung B2700 - Durable Phone Review

Samsung B2700 is a candy bar form factor mobile phone, which supports GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 on 2G network and UMTS 2100 on 3G network. The Samsung B2700’s casing is made from urethane, which protects the B2700 against water, dust and bumps to IP54 standards. This does not mean that B2700 is totally indestructible but it can survive almost every thing you can throw at it. The design of the B2700 won’t appeal to fusionists; it is all about material rather than style. The Samsung B2700 has got the features of a reasonable handset with a 2-megapixel camera, 3G connectivity, an FM radio and MP3 player but it’s the bonus features and layers of rubber and shock-proof urethane that give it the edge. There is also a built-in torch, compass, pedometer and altimeter.
